1. Good character, innovative spirit and dedication
2. Bachelor degree or above, more than five years of work experience, computer, communications or related field
3. Familiar with C, C + + programming
4. A more familiar with relational database systems, such as Mysql, SQLServer, Oracle, etc.
5. Familiar with Linux / Unix / Windows operating system programming
6. Experience with software architecture design, soft-switching system and its applications in architecture
7. Familiar with the SIP protocol and VoIP architecture, has engaged in VoIP and SIP industry experience
8. Rigorous thinking, work in earnest, with good team spirit
